![]() When was the last time you considered the possibility of just jumping on your bike and riding until you hit water? Probably not for a long time why? It is called 'bills' and 'responsibilities'. Now, we are more concerned about money and the family-plan that we sometimes place ourselves on the backburner to life. The experience was all they needed as a reward. Their generations was a free-spirited, mind challenging culture that explored all possibilities no matter the cost. I would dare say that we have moved so far from the 60s that I cannot see why our parents do not cry everyday. We thrive on the fact that we are the best country in the world, yet somebody shows any disassociation of routine, we are the first to question and get angry. We are a society of hypocrites, androids, and ignorants. We are a culture that is afraid of change, yet seek it so badly. You know the old saying, 'Guns don't kill people, people kill people', well after watching this film, it is a very true statement. It not only showed the beauty of the country of which we reside, but it also spoke about the people that reside in it. This film should be shown in every American History class in the United States. Oddly, this did occur, but this film was much more than that. I was expecting nothing more than some short scenes of our now-infamous actors smoking marijuana followed by trippy Willy Wonka scenes. This style of track can be made much more quickly than most styles in Line Rider (I made Colorblind in 3 days, and Line in 1 day) so an album-length track (that's about the same amount of work as an intense 3-minute quirk) is kind of a natural expansion on, and legitimization of, the style/concept of music visualization through flatsled.ĮDIT: I do also hope/plan to make totally different styles of track to totally different styles of music too, in the future.I was utterly surprised by this film. But for me personally, I don't currently know of another album that I'd ever like to make a track to (or another album I wish I'd done instead) in this style. I think it could accomplish the same goals as something more concise.I chose it primarily it's my favorite album. I'd like to know. This is stupendously ambitious, smart, and successful. You definitely don't need my validation lol, but you should be really proud, rabid. I'm sure there's an insane amount of subtle nuances employed that I won't be able to pinpoint myself. And it's probably the most successful idea to finished product you've made. It should also be viewed multiple times for me to set my thoughts in concrete-so they're not. Some parts (Part 4 for example) just don't allow the same amount of passion and creativity as others. Part 1 works really well, and I think Part 2 is a great inclusion as a meditative portion (it might actually be my favorite part), but there then seem to be a bunch of areas that accomplish the same thing. I think it could accomplish the same goals as something more concise. I'd like to know. But given the length, I don't think it has enough highs and lows. I especially enjoy when you imitated the texture of sound with lines (has that been done before?). ![]() With what you were "given" it's all executed without a flaw. Unfortunately, I think what helps propel the greatness of the project (the music) also puts a leash on the project. And it's not a novel concept either, but it's perhaps the most thorough of synced tracks. It's not as grandiose as other magnum opuses-despite it's length. ![]() This is one of the best Line Rider tracks I feel like has ever been released. The music was perfect and you definitely made the perfect track around it. ![]() I felt like the whole thing was so unified. The scenery at the end and the animation was so good. Oh crap, I'm especially liking the half pencil half line parts. ![]() I'm really liking the pencil stuff in 6 right now. Entirely in reverse! That was a relaxing part. What the crap, it never stops picking up. Geez, when part 3 picks up is probably my favorite part so far! Very dramatic. I know it's supposed to fit the music and that's what the music does, but I still think it's cool. The beginning of part 3 is so much more sudden than the other two so far. Like the sharp things in part 2 and the fakie drops in part 1. I love how you keep introducing little ideas that you use throughout a part. ![]()
